Students, speak with your teacher during the hours listed below for device support. 

  • M-F: 9:30-10am and at 3:00-3:30. Support is not provided outside of these hours except during district or state testing.
  • Student Device support is in Room 1.33 in the main building. 
  • Students must have a HALL PASS from the teacher, students will return with a signed pass.
  • Testing:
    • Device support during testing will be provided throughout the testing day;
    • Device loaners will be provided based on availability. 
    • Devices will only be checked out to the teacher during the testing period for that subject and should be returned to the Grade-Level Office at the end of the testing period. 
  • Locked Devices: These devices show a pad lock on the screen. Your teacher will contact the testing support team to verify the device is currently checked out to the student. The device will be unlocked or collected and returned to the student of record. Device numbers start with a C or end with a T)
  • New Students: New students can be sent on their second day as they will not be in circulation for 12 to 24 hours.
     

Remember to always charge your device overnight and bring it ready to work each day. Chromebook loans are not available, if you have left your device at home you are required to complete your assignments with paper and pencil or as instructed by your teacher.
